Warranty & Repairs

Thank you for your purchase of Intellytic Ventures Limited (hereinafter “IVL”) products and services.

IVL products comply with the global standards of quality and safety. Please note the following terms and conditions on warranty and repairs.

1. Register Your Warranty
   • IVL provides a standard warranty to IVL products protecting you against manufacturing faults and defects of the product that may occur during this warranty period.
   • Please register online and become a member of the IVK community to enjoy the warranty and after-sales services. Becoming a member you will also receive our latest product news and promotions.

1. Warranty Terms

   Standard Warranty 12 months

   • The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).
   • Please make sure you keep your proof of purchase (either delivery note of your purchase or invoice). You must provide proof of purchase should you require any repairs to the device or after-sales during the warranty period. You might be charged for the repair or after-sales service if you are unable to provide the proof of purchase. Please keep your purchase receipt or delivery note.
   • Repairs and after-sales services are carried out by IVL or its authorised agents. Your warranty may be void if repairs are not done by IVL or its authorised agents.
   • Warranty does not cover replacement filters and consumables.
   • The warranty is only applicable to IVL product(s) purchased and used within the Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR. (The warranty will not be applied if the machine is not purchased from a local retailer and not imported to Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR by IVL or its authorized distributors.).

1. Warranty Conditions
   • Minor deviations from the stipulated quality that are immaterial to the value and suitability for use of the machine will not give rise to a warranty obligation.
   • Damage caused by chemical and electrochemical effects of water and/or generally caused by abnormal environmental conditions will not result in any warranty obligations; neither does damage resulting from inappropriate operating conditions or if the appliance otherwise comes into contact with unsuitable substances.
   • No warranty can be assumed for defects in the machine caused by transport damage for which we are not responsible, incorrect installation and assembly, misuse, non-domestic style use, lack of care or non-observance of operating or assembly instructions.
   • The warranty claim becomes void if repairs or interventions have been carried out by persons who have not been authorized by us for that purpose or if our machine have been fitted with spare, supplementary or accessory parts that are not original parts from IVL brand, and if the repair or intervention by a non-authorized person, or the fitting with parts that are not original parts, has resulted in a defect.
   • The warranty performance will be made in such a way that IVL brand’s original filters in place, any other brand’s filters used are excluded in IVL’s warranty obligation.
   • Any parts which are replaced will become the property of IVL.
   • The warranty period for spare parts installed ends with the warranty period for the entire machine.
   • The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend or renew the period of the warranty.

These warranty conditions apply to product purchased and operated in HK SAR and Macao SAR. If product are shipped to countries outside HK SAR and Macao SAR, the warranty becomes void.
